Thinking about the news of the day, I ran across this rather interesting bit of poetry:

Or as George Santayana (1863-1952) said: "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."
Please note that I chose my blog's subtitle with direct reference to the current administration. I hear radical liberals accusing them of all kinds of conspiracies, but, frankly, I just don't think they're that smart. Just read the papers or watch the news if you doubt me.
